Summary of Aggregated Assessment Data:

Describe how the assessment data from each CLO is aggregated and provide an overall assessment data set.  Use charts or formulas as necessary but include the numbers of students that were assessed.

Individual CLO Attainment:

  • For each CLO, tally the number of students who scored 4 or higher (representing Level 2, 3 or 4).
  • Calculate the percentage of students achieving this standard:

  • Where n is the number of CLOs.

Visual Representation:

  • Bar Chart: X-axis: CLOs (e.g., CLO1-Theory of Constitution, CLO1-Theory of State Management, Overall PLO1); Y-axis: Percentage of students achieving Level 2 or higher (70% - 100%).
  • A horizontal line at 70% should be placed on the graph to show the target attainment.
  • This will allow for easy visual comparison of CLO-level performance and the overall PLO1 attainment relative to the target.
